the equipment is suitable for sorts of shapes and specifications of glass bottle steam exhausting and sealing, it is equipped with frequency converter ,steam spray exhausting and mechanical sealing device for complete function and high automation ,it is used to vacuum seam for sorts of three or four screw cap of seasoning , vegetable,bean curd ,juice and jam etc ,FDB twist-off caps vacuum capper is an entire stainless steel type after two generation of improvements , good operational performance and easy to perate , with touch screen , accuracy automatic control by PLC.

All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is responsible to provide general
layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on time.
 Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation
work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply operators and cranes, etc.
b. we will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of
machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The
buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals,
accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to operators in buyer's factory.
e. If buyer doesn't request installation and commissioning by Seller's engineer within 4 months from
the date of the bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by
buyer.
SPARE PARTS AND INSTRUCTION MANUAL:
The quotation are including the all necessary spar parts for 1 year operation.
One set of instruction manual (operator manual, maintenance manual, installation instruction, electrical circuit diagram and spare parts catalogue) will be delivered together with each machine.
